Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit will provide free financial advice and workshops to residents of selected communities in Kuala Lumpur. These workshops will consist of tips on perfecting one’s credit score and guidance on how to take control of your financial situation.

20 volunteers from LEAP Spiral, friends of LEAP in Kota Kinabalu and Penampang will visit Kampung Tampasak, a displaced community.

The Parent Teacher Association of SK Tabuan will work together with Yayasan AMIR to advocate safety amongst students.
The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department will visit the school where they will share the importance of an escape plan and other best practices.
Students will also witness a firefighting demonstration and learn how to use a fire hose and other fire-fighting apparatus.

SK Tanjung Lumpur and Yayasan AMIR will organise a visit to a local old folks home in Cempaka.
A total of 23 students and 10 teachers will be involved in this initiative.
During the visit, participants will clean up the compound and other areas, on top of providing hampers filled with basic necessities for the residents of the home.

SM Agama Bugisiah will organise various activities with its adopted school, SK Seri Sinaran.
Aside from the donation of teaching materials and second hand books to village’s mini library, there will be a free Arabic language class conducted by the Student Voice Group, free Quran recital (Tarannum) class, and sharing of teaching & learning methods and pedagogy.
There will also be a sale of the student’s Islamic calligraphy work.
Another planned activity is the clean-up of the mosque, madrasah and the cemetery at Tampok.

Various activities have been planned and these include the sacrificial ritual and distribution of Qurban meat, and cooking sessions to provide meals for the community.

In Phase 1, students learned how to identify pertaining issues in the society, master the right research methods, before coming up with ideas on how to address these issues.
Project Kickstart is a series of workshops aimed at developing and empowering students to be leaders, as well as encourage them to take an active role in their schools, society and our nation.
